OPen House Melbourne 2024

Collaborating with Studio Payne to create the 2024 brand identity “Rediscover” for Open House Melbourne, this project produced an cohesive campaign that unifies Melbourne’s unique architectural environments within a visual motif of distortion and the ability to perceive familiar environments with a fresh lens.

The distortion effect was derived from placing a textured glass against the screen of an Apple iPad while a camera captured the image from the opening above. This tunnel effect was key in visually drawing viewers’ attention towards the campaign’s title as well as serving as the template for which the peripheral graphic elements would be positioned.
